“Seventy per cent of South Corea is mountainous, so we’re quite used to this kind of landscape and…, well…, complicated hiking trails. There have been some hard moments, though. O Cebreiro, for example. Just when you thought, ‘well, looks like we´re about to hit the summit’, you were, really, only halfway. Or Puente la Reina, where the hostels were closed, so we had to go on and make two stages in a row. That was hard. That was really hard.
The best thing has been the people. Spaniards are really nice guys.”

Justo cuando pensabas, ‘bueno, parece que ya hemos llegado a la cima’, en realidad, todavía te quedaba otro tanto. O Puente la Reina, donde los albergues estaban cerrados y tuvimos que hacer dos etapas seguidas. Eso fue difícil de verdad.
Lo mejor de todo esto ha sido la gente. Los Españoles son unos tipos muy amables.”
