“I’ve worked for some time here, and I think that what people loved about the Camino, the spiritual side of it, it’s being lost, at least in the French Camino. Now you see a lot of ‘touristgrilms’ as I call them, pilgrims who arrive by bus, bring support cars for their backpacks, and have little contact with other people outside their group. They’ve got a different vibe.”

“Llevo un tiempo trabajando aquí, y me parece que lo que le gustaba a la gente del Camino, la parte espiritual, se está perdiendo un poco, por lo menos en el Camino Francés. Ahora hay muchos ‘turigrinos’, como los llamo yo, peregrinos que vienen en bus, llevan coches de apoyo para cargar  las mochilas y casi no se relacionan fuera de su grupo. Tienen un sentir distinto.”
